Unwanted Item Return

• A return authorization number is required to return merchandise. Please note : Returns will not be accpeted without an Return Authorization number.
• After deciding upon your options, contact our Customer Service Department within the time period specified to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Email at help@penguinmall.com, name, full contact details, and the model number and quantity of the product you would like to return.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
• If you return some/all of the items in your original shipment and the total order amount falls below the minimum purchase requirement for Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost for remaining items since the order is no longer eligible for Free Shipping.
• Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted returns.
• Refunds for unwanted items will be made in penguinmall.com Credit Only and will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in original condition by penguinmall.com.

 

Defective Item Exchange

• A return authorization number is required to exchange defective merchandise.
• Please be prepared to provide pictures of the damaged product and email us at help@penguinmall.com with your order number, name, full contact details, and the model number which you want to exchange.
• penguinmall.com Customer Service will assist you case by case at your convenience.

 

Unopened Item Return

• Refunds for unopened items will be made in penguinmall.com Credit Only and will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in original condition by penguinmall.com.
• If a customer wants to receive original shipment again, the re-shipping fee needs to be paid first.
• If a customer does not want to receive original shipment, the refunds will be made in penguinmall.com Credit Only and will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in original condition by penguinmall.com.
• When the refunds are made in penguinmall.com Credit, the original order was shipped as FREE SHIPPING, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refunds.

 

Cancellations or Add Items

• If you have placed an order and decided that you would like to cacel the order or would like to add more items, we will accept your cancellation up to 24 hours from when the order was placed ,and request to add items will be acceptable before 1 day of shipping.
